The Friday Review....Tea Forte

Hello there,

Welcome back to Tea With Me and Friends.....well it's Friday so that only means one thing...it's time for The Friday Review and today I am sharing with you a cup of Tea Forte tea that I recently enjoyed....

Tea from Tea Forte

Now, if like me you haven't heard of Tea Forte before let me shed some light.....they are apparently a global luxury tea brand, know for their handcrafted teas, design-driven accessories, exquisite packaging and opulent approach (their words!). You are most likely to find their tea in hotels, restaurants, prestige resorts and luxury retailers.

The sheer amount of teas that they sell is quite amazing, and includes black, green, white and herbal to name a few....they also have tea cocktail infusions!

In my hotel room I found an English Breakfast tea....

A tea forte pyramid

First off...lets talk about that pyramid....it is so cute....especially with the little leaf!

Tea Forte are quite proud of their pyramid infusers which are handcrafted using food safe, recyclable PET silken fibers. Not only do they look rather special in your cup, but they also hold their shape and let the tea leaves circulate in the water.

The tea itself is an organic Indian Assam black tea....

Please excuse the dodgy photo!

As you can see I enjoyed my tea without milk and I can confirm that its a robust cup of tea, perfect for kick starting your morning. It's also very smooth in it's flavour, which makes it an enjoyable brew.

You can buy Tea Forte teas directly from the company, you can buy 20 of these pyramids for $24, for more information visit their website.

You can also find all the other blends available on the website, I am particularly intrigued by the coconut chocolate truffle which is a black tea and sounds divine! If you have tried any of the other blends please let us know what you thought.

Thank you for popping by today,
Rachel

I came across Tea Forte at an afternoon tea I had last year ... they used the tea bags and also the proper tea pot to go with them ... you'll love this! Check it out - http://www.newgirlintoon.co.uk/2014/08/afternoon-tea-at-bonbar.html
